Richard Fowle is now specialising on commercial property work, having previously been head of the firm’s residential property department for many years. Richard can offer specialist advice on all aspects of property sales, purchases and leases, as well as on wills and transfers of equity. He qualified as a solicitor in 1970, and has been a partner in the firm since 1973. Richard was president of the Norfolk & Norwich Incorporated Law Society in 1997-1998, and is a former chairman of the Norfolk & Norwich Law Society’s non-contentious business committee.
