In relation to your sale, we will carry out the following on your behalf;

• Request the title deeds from your lender.
• Prepare contract papers and evidence of title for submission to your buyers Conveyancer.
• Request a redemption statement from your lender.
• Deal with additional enquiries raised by your buyers Conveyancer.
• Liaise with the Management Association on leasehold properties.
• Exchange contracts.
• Approve the Transfer Deed prepared by your buyers Conveyancer.
• On completion of your sale we will redeem your mortgage pay the estate agents commission and account to you for any proceeds.
