Our property team will use their skill and expertise to overcome any difficulties and to guide you safetly through the transaction from start to finish.
In relation to your sale, we will carry out the following on your behalf;
- Prepare contract papers and evidence of title for submission to your buyers Conveyancer.
- Obtain a redemption statement from your lender.
- Deal with enquiries raised by your buyers Conveyancer.
- Liaise with the Management Association on leasehold properties.
- Exchange contracts.
- Approve the Transfer Deed prepared by your buyers Conveyancer.
- On completion of your sale we will redeem your mortgage pay the estate agents commission and account to you for any proceeds.
Please note that an additional fee may be charged for items not covered above.
Additional supplements:
Leasehold property - £100 - £175 plus VAT
Unregistered property - £75 plus VAT
Bank transfer fee - £35 plus VAT
Anti money-laundering check - £10 plus VAT
