In relation to your purchase, we will carry out the following on your behalf;

• Receive contract papers, check the title to the property and raise any enquiries.
• Submit searches (minimum - local and water searches).
• Report to you on the contract, mortgage and lease (if applicable).
• Exchange contracts.
• Prepare the Transfer Deed for approval by your sellers Conveyancer.
• Prepare the Mortgage Deed and Stamp Duty Land Tax Return Form.
• On completion of your purchase, we will deal with the stamping and registration formalities and revert to you once these have been completed.
