In relation to your purchase, we will carry out the following on your behalf;

• Receive contract papers.
• Investigate the title.
• Submit searches.
• Report to you on the contract, mortgage and lease (if applicable).
• Exchange contracts.
• Prepare the Transfer Deed for approval by your sellers Conveyancer.
• Prepare the Mortgage Deed and Stamp Duty Land Tax Return Form (SDLT).
• On completion of your purchase, we will deal with the submission of SDLT and registration formalities and revert to you once these have been completed.
