Penny Henderson is head of the residential property department, and specialises in all aspects of property sales, purchases, leases, equity releases and remortgages. Penny was educated at Guildford County School, in Surrey, and then completed an LLB at Queen Mary College in 1978, followed by Part II studies at the College of Law, Guildford, in 1979.

Penny trained at Norwich law firm Daynes Chittock & Back (now Eversheds) in 1981, and joined Hatch Brenner in 2001. She became a partner of the firm in 2005.
