Residential Property & Mortgages

About Lizzy Phillips

I joined the Hatch Brenner property team in 2017 as a Legal Secretary and worked my way up the ladder to my current role as a Conveyancing Executive after gaining experience and training across a wide range of residential property transactions. I have been in my current role as a Conveyancing Executive since 2021.

I have enjoyed working directly with clients both locally and across England and Wales, to ensure that they have as stress free as possible transaction.

I am currently working towards my CILEX qualification in order to become a Chartered Legal Executive.

My work includes dealing with Property Sales and Purchases, Leasehold Sales and Purchases, New Build Purchases, Transfer of Equity, Assents, Re-mortgages, Retirement Properties, Auction Sales and Purchases and Shared Equity transactions.
