Mark Fitch is a specialist in commercial and general litigation, acting either for claimants or for defendants. He is experienced in a wide range of disputes, and particularly relishes professional negligence cases, contested probate matters, and claims against the police. Mark was educated at Spalding Grammar School, and then completed an LLB in Business Law at Huddersfield Polytechnic in 1991. After qualifying in 1994 he joined Hatch Brenner in 1998, and became a partner of the firm in 2003. In his additional capacity as a trained mediator Mark takes referrals from both solicitors and litigants. He is also a member of the Mediators in East Anglia group. Leisure interests include singing, football, golf, long-distance walking, and cooking.
