MEDIATION:
Hatch Brenner is conscious of the Courts' drive to ensure that parties to litigation attempt to resolve their disputes prior to courtroom hearing. Civil and commercial litigation partner Mark Fitch has therefore trained as a mediator, gaining accreditation with ADR Chambers (UK) Limited. He takes mediation referrals both from solicitors and from litigants in person.
