Having joined Hatch Brenner in 2008, Katherine Brown focuses on corporate and commercial work. Working alongside corporate partner Nathan Horton, Katherine handles a wide range of company and commercial matters including business and share sales and acquisitions, shareholder agreements/arrangements and joint ventures. She also works with Richard Cassel, head of the firm’s employment department. Katherine graduated with a 2:1 law degree from the University of East Anglia in 2004 and completed her training contract with a local firm. Katherine’s interests outside her work include being a keen follower of cricket and rugby union.
