In order to proceed with the preparation of your Home Information Pack, we will require the sum of �300.00 on account of costs. This can be paid by one of the following methods:-

1. Debit or Credit Card (for which there is a charge) by attending these offices. Any payment made by this method will take 3 working days to clear before searches can be undertaken.

2. Cheque made payable to "Hatch Brenner". All cheques will take 7 working days to clear before searches can be undertaken.

3. Direct bank transfer (BACS or CHAPS) to the following account:-
