Rosemary Escott

Rosemary is head of the Civil Litigation Department, and is a brain injury specialist dealing with fatal and serious injury claims arising out of accidents at work, road traffic accidents and clinical negligence. Rosemary has helped hundreds of Hatch Brenner clients get the compensation they deserve. Her largest settlement was for just over £6 Million.

Rosemary has been a member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Accreditation Scheme since 1995. She is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) which is dedicated to promoting the interests of accident victims. Locally Rosemary has been involved for many years in the running of The Norfolk & Norwich Medico-Legal Society. She is currently the Hon. Secretary.
