Mark Fitch

Mark Fitch is a specialist in commercial and general litigation, acting either for claimants or for defendants. He is experienced in a wide range of disputes, and particularly relishes professional negligence and contested probate matters.

Mark is also an experienced civil mediator, having completed over 20 mediations in diverse areas such as building disputes, specialist agency claims and probate disputes.
