John Cushing

John is a very experienced Civil Litigator dealing with most aspects of civil litigation. He has over 35 years experience in claims involving Landlord & Tenant, property disputes, rent review arbitrations, boundary & neighbour disputes, building disputes, contract disputes, professional negligence, disputed wills & probate and debt collection. He regularly appears before the District Judges in the local County Courts and has represented clients on many successful mediations.

John hit the national headlines in 2010 following his success in the Court of Appeal case of Jayne Hewett and First Plus Financial Group. He is currently taking a lead role in relation to claims by various local businesses and charities following the much publicised Business Telecom scam.
